UTS is currently hiring for friendly professional drivers to join our team in the Cincinnati, OH area! You will be driving for the Warren County Therapeutic Intervention Preschool Program (TIPP). The routes are in Monroe and Lebanon.

Pay: $18.00/hour

Hours: 5am-5pm

  • Valid driver’s license with Class B CDL and school bus endorsements
  • Must be at least 25 years of age
  • High school diploma or GED
  • One year of driving experience preferred
  • Willingness to work flexible hours
  • Ability to successfully complete a physical exam, drug screen and background check


  • The Bus Driver is responsible for transporting students to and from school in a safe and professional manner
  • Drive school bus to transport students to and from school
  • Escort small children across roads and highways as needed
  • Follow safety rules as students board and exit buses
  • Maintain order among students to ensure safety
  • Follow procedures for response to accidents and emergency situations
  • Keep bus interiors clean for passengers
  • Complete pre and post vehicle trip inspections as required
  • Report any bus malfunctions or needed repairs to management
  • Read maps and follow written, verbal and GPS geographic directions

Fleet Mechanic


Pay starts at $25.00 hourly

Servicing UTS and Warren County Transit Authority vehicles

What you’ll do on a typical day:
Perform routine maintenance functions and automotive repair on Dodge Caravans, Toyota Prius and Ford Cutaway busses

What you need to succeed:
3 years automotive mechanic experience
Supply own mechanic hand tools required for auto repairs
Basic computer skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently, and greater than 75 lbs. occasionally

It’d be great if you also have:
Previous or current ASE certifications
Ability to diagnose and repair vehicle air-conditioning systems

Adult & School Driver


UTS (Universal Transportation Systems) is looking for friendly professional drivers. We are located out of Fairfield, Ohio. We do service the tri-state area and surrounding counties, such as Butler, Montgomery, Hamilton, Warren and Clermont. We provide many services to the community. We provide transportation for students, elderly, developmental disabled clients, and clients of all age ranges to school, work, doctors and etc. We are looking for drivers that meet the criteria listed below to help make this all possible. Drivers follow a manifest in which they receive the night before the assignment. Each driver is to follow their manifest in a timely manner. All mandatory training must be completed as assigned. Shifts are 5 AM-5 PM/6 AM-6 PM and 12 PM-12 AM/1 PM-1 AM. You must be available to us during one of those time frames.


  • Please provide Driver’s license number and social sercurity number in order to run pre-interview background checks.
  • Must be between 25 and 70 years of age.
  • Maintain a phone.
  • Maintain an annual clear criminal background check.
  • Maintain driving record with less than 5 points, NO *LIFETIME*history of DUI or any 6 point violation.
  • Maintain a yearly medical examination.
  • Ability to cope with stressful situations.
  • Must be able to complete ALL paperwork neatly, correctly and in a timely manner.

We are currently seeking a Dispatcher for our Fairfield, Ohio Operations Center.




  • Directs and monitors daily assignments; schedules driver to clients.
  • Ensures direct and indirect daily activities of drivers are assigned and accomplished on-time.
  • Communicates all relevant details of driving assignments to drivers to ensure proper execution.
  • Assist drivers with routing directions and directs them to perform special services when required.
  • Responds to emergency calls, facilitates emergency response network, coordinates mechanical service repair, and assigns replacement drivers when there is a problem on a route.
  • Notifies Call Center and Management of all changes in route assignments, emergency situations, accidents, breakdowns or any other event that will disrupt service.
  • Maintains route documentation and records for the purpose of providing accurate and reliable information to customers and complies with the client and local/state requirements.
  • Coordinates vehicle service and mechanical repairs with Maintenance Supervisor to assure uninterrupted service delivery.
  • Maintains high compliance to dispatch standard operating procedures.
  • Handles driver concerns and requests for information in an expeditious and professional manner.
  • Escalates unresolved issues to management as appropriate.


  • High School diploma or GED
  • Previous dispatch experience is preferred
  • Knowledge of surrounding geographic area to ensure effective and efficient routing. Ability to organize and prioritize time to balance conflicting demands related to customer care and dispatching.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers in a fast-paced and /or stressful environment (interpersonal & radio/push to talk skills).
  • Ability to read and interpret documents and instructions from drivers and other team members.
  • Ability to perform work activities requiring cooperation and instruction.
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced environment, under substantial pressure.
  • Ability to work within the appropriate level of independence.
  • Ability to problem solve.
  • Ability to operate two-way intercom/radio systems.
  • Ability to use office machines (fax, scanner, copier, zip drive, telephone system).
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office Program and computerized routing software. (Tripspark knowledge is a big plus)
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to read road and street maps
  • Ability to keep organized and accurate records relating to overall dispatch and routing responsibilities.
